Telehealth

We understand that when you are not feeling well, driving to our office might be difficult. We make it easy to get the same benefits from your computer or phone. Telehealth visits are virtual office visits that let you video chat with a member of our care team from the comfort of your home or wherever you are if there is internet access! We even offer some well visits to protect our well patients from our sick patients.

Annual Wellness Visits

Annual Wellness Visits are “non-touch visits”, which are NOT considered a physical. Actually, it is a conversation between you and your doctor to discuss your health history. During the discussion, address any concerns you may have about your health. The provider will review your medications and immunizations to ensure everything is up to date. It is also a time when you and your doctor review your existing health problems. Together you will determine what health issues may become a concern in the future and how to prevent them. The goals of an Annual Wellness Visit are to create a complete personal and family health history to help prevent future health problems. These visits can be done via Telehealth.

Welcome to Medicare

A Welcome to Medicare preventive visit is a one-time appointment you can choose to schedule when you turn 65 and are new to Medicare. The goal of this visit is to promote general health and help prevent possible diseases.

Additional Services

ADD/ADHD

MedLink Georgia provides services to assist patients with ADD/ADHD. We strive to prescribe medication only when necessary. Our Pediatricians follow a specific protocol to ensure a patient has ADD/ADHD. If you believe your child struggles with ADD/ADHD, the provider will spend time to examine and consult with the parents. ADD/ADHD consultation appointments are scheduled by the provider's nurse. They are not scheduled through the normal appointment process.

Title X – Family Planning

MedLink is a proud recipient of the Title X Grant which allows us to provide comprehensive family planning services to our patients. Family planning services are affordable, convenient, and always confidential. Eligible patients include both male and female patients of any age who are reproductive. Services are covered by insurance or for those who qualify, on a sliding fee scale. Comprehensive family planning services include:

*Title X services do not include abortions

Physical & Occupational Therapy

Our Rehabilitation & Wellness team provide care that can help you get back, keep, or improve abilities that you need for daily life. These abilities may be physical, mental, and/or cognitive. Our goal is to help our patients work…play…live.

Substance Use Disorder

Our Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) program uses FDA-approved medications in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies. This approach is effective in the treatment of alcohol and opioid use disorders. Our program can help some patients to sustain recovery beyond the program.

Nutrition Counseling

Our registered dietitian offers a supportive process to address dietary needs for health-related issues, sports performance, and so much more. During a counseling session, you will set priorities, establish goals, and create individualized action plans related to your needs.

Occupational Health

Our locations provide a variety of services to our local community, partners in business, industry, and government. Our trained physicians offer prompt evaluations and treatment for your work-related injuries and illnesses.
